Terms of Service

ITC360 is a software-as-a-service platform that helps Indian businesses and tax professionals reconcile their purchase register against GSTR-2B statements obtained from the GST portal, identify mismatches, contact non-compliant vendors, and track recoverable Input Tax Credit.

Not tax advice. The Service automates reconciliation and surfaces information for your review. It does not constitute tax, legal, or accounting advice. You remain solely responsible for your GST filings and for the accuracy of credits claimed. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified Chartered Accountant for any tax decision.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of any organisation you register for. You agree to provide accurate and current information, and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by your team members.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the GSTIN(s), purchase data, and vendor information you upload. We are not responsible for incorrect filings that result from inaccurate inputs.

The Service is offered on tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Elite) plus optional prepaid invoice packs, billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees. Current pricing and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and are authoritative; we may update them with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial on the Starter plan. No payment information is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid plan.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges in line with your chosen billing cycle until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which will be added where required.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in a way that violates Indian law, including the CGST Act, the IT Act 2000, or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023;
• upload data you do not have the right to process, or data belonging to a business you are not authorised to act for;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• resell, sublicence, or white-label the Service without our prior written permission;
• use the Service to send unsolicited or harassing communications to vendors;
• interfere with the Service, including by attempting to bypass rate limits or sending automated traffic.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service (“Customer Data”) — purchase registers, GSTR-2B files, vendor details, and the resulting reconciliation outputs. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as required to operate the Service for you.

We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it to train any model. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, including the limited third-party processors we rely on (payment processor, cloud hosting, optional AI assistant).

The Service — including all software, designs, logos, documentation, and the name “ITC360” — is owned by ITCPulse and protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service depends on third-party providers (payment processing, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and optionally an AI chat assistant). We choose these providers in good faith but are not liable for their independent acts or outages. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them through the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that reconciliation results will be free from errors, that every mismatch will be detected, or that vendors will act on reminders. The Service is a tool to assist you, not a substitute for professional review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including lost ITC, lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ITCPulse and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, (b) your Customer Data or your right to upload it, or (c) your violation of any applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may cancel a paid subscription from the in-app billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. You may delete your account from your settings; we will permanently delete your Customer Data within 30 days of deletion, except where retention is required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We will provide notice and a reasonable cure period for non-material breaches where practical.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email before initiating proceedings.
